Our Central Intake Department coordinates all referrals and admissions for all services offered by both the VNA and VNA Home Care Services. Referrals are taken 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year – we never close! Referrals can be taken by phone - 1-800-442-3227 or by fax -

Whether you are ordering skilled care, IV services, or some other product or service, your referral will be handled by a customer service representative expert in that particular field. If you would like to speak to an RN, we have one available at all times in Central Intake. Our normal business hours are from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. weekdays, and from 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends; after hours, we have an extensive on-call capability consisting of nurses, pharmacists, rehab therapists, respiratory therapists, home health aides, and warehouse/dispatch staff.
Experienced home health nurses serving as liaisons in most area hospitals, as well as many local nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities complement our Central Intake staff. Our liaison team assists physicians and discharge planners in planning the transition from hospital to home. As you can see from our outcome results, no one does it better than the VNA and VNA Home Care Services! |
