The VNA offers special support for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Assessment, instruction and guidance are individualized to meet the needs of the mother who is breastfeeding for the first time or has had previous expierience but needs support. We carry a complete line of Medela® breastpumps. These are the finest breastfeeding products available today to help get mother and baby off to a good start while providing comfort and safety. Pediatric/Maternal Infant Services*
Additional prenatal and post-partum home care programs for at risk/high risk patients (gestational diabetes, toxemia, preterm labor, first-term mother, and SGA babies) including assessments, patient/family teaching, high-tech therapies, and c-section incisional care by specialty-trained nurses. Full service pediatric home care including newborn assessments, Synagis injections for prevention of RSV, infusion therapies, wound care, apnea monitors, enteral and parenteral nutrition, and respiratory care.
Reimbursement expertise demonstrated by staff experienced in third-party billing including confirmation of eligibility, gathering medical documentation and submission of claims.
Linkage with appropriate community agencies.

Lactation Consulting Services
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant provides private, in-home assessment, education, and intervention to assist and support the breastfeeding mother and baby. Our Board Certified Lactation Consultant can also help the mother who faces the challenges of nursing an infant with special needs or those of multiples -- twins, triplets or more!
