   Wound Care: Overview

Individuals with wounds account for one-third of patients in home care. The VNA has a dedicated Wound Care team with the largest number of Certified Wound, Ostomy and Continence (CWOCN) nurses in the area.

Our specialists work closely with attending physicians to ensure coordination and continuity of care. Digital photos are regularly exchanged to show healing progress. Our program highlights:
